We automatically receive limited technical details such as device make and model, operating-system version, IP address and Google Advertising ID. They help us operate the App reliably and secure the platform, and are not used for advertising or credit decisions.
For security, the App may collect limited metadata about other apps, including package names and installation dates. We do not collect app content, passwords or usage data. This metadata is used only to identify security risk and does not affect credit standing.
The App may request camera access so you can upload documents. Images are encrypted before transmission to server.gravirup.com and deleted when verification finishes. The camera works only when you start it, never in the background, and no image remains after the process.
With permission, we may use approximate location to confirm whether the service is offered in your area. Precise coordinates are not retained, and location is not used for advertising, profiling or credit assessment.
Aggregated and anonymised signals—such as screens viewed, time spent and error logs—help improve the App. This information does not identify you and has no role in credit decisions.
We process information only for specific legitimate purposes:
You may refuse individual permissions. A refusal can limit a related feature but does not prevent general App use, and we do not collect information from a permission you have not granted.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information for profit. Data is disclosed only when necessary to identity-verification providers checking submitted documents, service providers operating secure infrastructure and processing, or regulators and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Each partner is bound by strict confidentiality duties and industry-standard security requirements. Information may be used only to perform the service required for GraviRup.
Safeguards apply throughout the information lifecycle, from collection to deletion. They include TLS/HTTPS encrypted transmission, access controls limiting sensitive records to authorised personnel, regular independent security and vulnerability reviews, and continuous monitoring with automated suspicious-activity alerts.
Only personnel with a legitimate business requirement may view sensitive data, and each access is logged and auditable. No online service is entirely risk-free; if you suspect unauthorised account access, contact support@gravirup.com immediately.
Information is retained only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes in this Policy or satisfy applicable legal obligations, whichever requires the longer period.
After account closure and the end of any mandatory retention window, data is securely deleted or fully anonymised. The precise period depends on the type of information and the rules that apply to it.
GraviRup is strictly for people aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and identity verification is intended to prevent underage access.
If we learn that a minor’s data has been collected, we will erase it promptly and close the related account without notice. Please report a suspected underage registration to support@gravirup.com.
